The management of CHOKUS consists of customer-driven, hands-on, Former Law Enforcement and Vetran Defence officials. Since 1999 CHOKUS is the vanguard in providing avant-garde comprehensive security and manpower solutions based on principles and teachings of field veterans, which have taken the place of lifelong SOP for our organization. Since 2018, the organization has been inserted with new-age energy with the appointment of the new generation "Mr. Tapan Rawat" Certified Security Specialist, as our CEO. From the inception, the Management of Chokus infused all of their security experience and management skills. Maintaining the consistency in the quality of service is their core expertise. Chokus officials have been able to deliver professional solutions in private sector realm and maintain a successful 99.8% customer retention rate.
Has over thirty seven years of experience while serving in the Indian Army and three years with the Government of India(Cabinet Secretariat). He is PGDBA, PGDBM, PhD. He is fellow of All India Management Association, a Life Member of the Indian Institute of Public Administration and United Services Institution of India. He has wide experience of dealing with Government, Industrial/Commercial Organizations. He was awarded Vishisth Seva Medal for his distinguished services to the country while serving in the Army.
He has over fifteen years of experience in security matters while serving in the Indian Coast Guard, 4th Armed Force of the Union. He has extensively dealt with manpower selection, planning and training while in service. He was awarded commendation by DGCG for his exceptional devotion to duty. He is a professional in the specialized area of security surveillance, personal protection and labour laws.

He has over 24 years’ experience in security matters while serving in the CISF wherein he oversaw counter intelligence operations, VIP Security and Industrial Security. He served in all sectors like OIL, Airport, Seaport, Atomic Power, Metro Rail and various PSUs. With his security expertise, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of and overseeing the operations and sales of the company.
